Programs
The Church of Gethsemane provides programs for our worshipping community, men and women returning home from prisons, and people who are presently incarcerated. Through Christian Education, Caring Ministry, Re-entry Support, a Food Pantry, and our Project Connect outreach program to men and women who are incarcerated, we nurture and empower one another in a shared ministry.
We need financial assistance from outside our congregation to pay for our programs needs. Since people who have been in prison are the most marginalized in our society, most of our members are economically disadvantaged. We depend on individual donations and grants from our Partner Churches and others in our denomination to fund all of our programs. Please contact us if you are able to make a donation or grant.
